2 year Break!

Brandon and I have done a lot since October of 08'. We have decided to update this blog regularly from this point on.

In June of 2009 Erin left Coldwater Creek and went to work as an assistant manager for New York and company in the Boise Town Square mall. In November of 2009 that particular location was slated to close it's doors just after the first of the year. This news was given to Erin on her Grandfathers Birthday which was a good opportunity to inform her family of the news. After much thought Brandon and Erin decided to move to Portland Oregon. Erin found a school in Vancouver Washington she chose to attend starting in April of 2010. Erin attended a nine month program at the International Air and Hospitality Academy in Hospitality Management and Operations. Brandon found an apartment for the 2 of us in Hillsboro Oregon. Erin went to work at Lane Briant in February of 2010 which also closed its doors in June of 2010. Erin found a job with the Riverplace Hotel in down town Portland and have been working as a night auditor ever since. She graduated in December 17th of 2010 as the Valedictorian for her class.

Brandon worked for Game Stop and Micron until December of 2009 when he moved to Portland to live with Tyler and Emily and work for Game Stop in Vancouver Washington until he found a place for us. Brandon then went to work for Netflix then Tel electronics. In August of 2010 he landed the job he has wanted within Intel with a contract company that fixes the machines Intel uses. Brandon lived in Austin Texas from August 2010 to October then came back for 8 days then went to Phoenix AZ to December 3rd. His training went well and neither of us are looking forward to his departure on January 3rd in which he will be leaving for another 2 months.

Brandon looks forward to updating this blog from Arizona as I look forward to updating this blog from Oregon. So to all our family and friends we wish you a very happy new year and we hope that 2011 treats you all very well.
